I've been on vacation with Mama and Daddy for the past few weeks. It's
great having so much of their attention. I've been getting even better at
walking--I did a great job on the path at the top of Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National
Park. We also went to Seal Harbor Beach where I improved my
skills with a zipper. On the way home, we
stopped at Scoop
Deck in Wells, Maine, where I got to eat an
ice-cream cone.
I've been learning more words, such as bucket, bus, truck, and bye-bye, and I use them all the time. I haven't learned ramp or steering wheel yet, but they are my favorite things to do at parks.
On July 27, I went to the courthouse where Judge Dilday let me play with her toys. Mama and Daddy said that they finalized my adoption while we were there, what ever that means. But I liked the slinky best.
I'm also getting used to riding in the bike cart. Here's a picture of me in it with my friend Kielan, who unfortunately moved to Pittsburgh because her dad got a silly job there.
And I've saved the best for last--I've started a modeling career! EDC has chosen two pictures of me (Mama's favorite and one I don't remember that Aunt Meryl took of me in Cambodia) to use in their 2000 Head Start calendar.
