My food tastes are becoming more distinct as I become a real two-year-old. I am also telling Mama and Daddy about them! My favorite foods are pizza and grapes, but I eat lots of other things, such as yogurt, matzah brei (a tradition in Daddy's family for the morning after the seder), and cake (at Chloe's birthday party). We all went outside (supposedly for a parade) at the end of the party; some of us were more into the snow than others.
I also went to Rick's birthday party and got to play with my friend Nisi.
My own birthday party was a swimming party--Mama had the idea of cranking up the heat in the back room and brought in a wading pool. Later in the day, Daddy and I got dressed up.
When Daddy traveled to Cambodia to bring me home, he bought me a special fancy outfit there. It was too big for me for a long time, but now it fits so I wore it to my cousin Kyle's bar mitzvah. I don't have any pictures from that event (it was Shabbat after all), but here's another shot of me wearing it at home and reading to my friend Alicia.
Every year, Daddy runs a Treasure Hunt. In 2000, I helped by being the hunt starter, crawling over to an ice bucket and pulling the top it, revealing the first puzzle. This year, I helped Mama and Daddy paint the 2001 monolith. That was my first painting experience and it was fun!
I visited all my grandparents for Chanukah. I got presents, watched bubbles blown by Grandpa, played with my only first cousin, Stephanie, and finished off Uncle Reuben's beer.
And no web page would be complete without a picture of me with my good friend Roy.
